What To Do If Having Constant Giddiness, Loss Of Balance And Headache After An Episode Of Vertigo?

Hi Doctor
iam 37 yrs old and suffering constant giddiness, heavy head, constant headaches for the past 2yrs.after a sudden episode of vertigo(spinning)which happened 2yrs ago. After that episode there is a continuous feeling of giddiness and headache. Its not as bad as the episode of vertigo.
1) Iam not a diabetic.
2) I have a feeling of water, fluttering, uneasiness in my right ear since 4-5 yrs,i thought it can be due to excessive usage of cell phone.
3) constant giddiness.loss of balance,etc and headache.
Please suggest and help me get over this problem.
Iam not on any medication.

Thanks in advance

please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.use tab.vertin thrice a day for five days. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
