What To Do For The Bums On The Tonsil?
There's a tiny bump on my tonsil. It's the same color as my tonsil and doesn't hurt when I touch it, it just makes me feel like I have something stuck back there when I swallow. I'm 22 and I get them every now and then. Sometimes I can push in it and it'll sort of press in and go away.

You said that it does not hurt and is same as color of tonsil while keeps on coming and going. This suggests that the bump is mucocele which is a fluid filled cavity often occurs due to the blockage of saliva. Sometimes it gets big after having meals and shrinks when you have not taken some meal for quite a time like morning (Partial blockage of duct). It is also painless and same as color of the surrounding site. You can press it and it will be non-Tender, soft to touch.
You don't need to worry as it seems there is partial blockage of the duct (given your history). However I would advise you to have a visit to your nearest Dentist/ENT to properly examine the swelling.
