What To Do For RBC 6-8 In Strip Urine Test?

I am women 43 years old. My microscopic and reagent strip urine test says the following what does it mean? MICROSCOPY: Color yellow; EPI cells 1+, RBC 6-8; bacteria TR, Crystals -ve, amorphous not present, mucus not present; cast -ve; character clear; WBC -ve; everything else normal. REAGENT: SP gravity 1.02; Blood MOD; PH 6.5; everything else normal

Hi thanks for asking question.

Noted you have only RBC with no pus cells.

First you have to do is your per speculum examination to rule out any erosion or ulcerative lesion present or not.If tear present then sutured.If only erosion or inflammation present take brufen like antiinflammatory drug for it.

Trauma to genital tract also can lead RBC present in urine.

If you have fever with abdominal pain then USG done for rule out glomerulonephritis or stone...

If you are developing further symptoms then you can consult HCM for further guidance....
