Hello and welcome to HCM, Your husband is suffering from diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol levels and high uric acid levels. You need to get tests for blood glucose- fasting and postprandial, uric acid level and lipid profile regularly. Blood sugar should be monitored 1-2 times a month and HbA1c once in three months. Uric acid levels and lipid profile should also be done atleast 3 monthly.
Any abnormality in any of the test reports should be reported to your physician promptly for medication or change of medication.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
