What Tablet Should I Take To Have Regular Periods ?

i m 29 yrs old and not married. i skipped my period this month. I came to know that TSH level was 8. Is this the reason for skipping the period. Which medicine can i take to regularise it. physician has prescribed repace af and amlodac for thyroid and said it will take some time for periods to be normal. But can i take primoult n tablets for periods.
