What Should Be The Follicular Size For Ovulation?

Day 11 of cycle & i have started my follicular study. REPORT SAYS :
RIGHT OVARY: 9x12 mm and 10x8mm
LEFT OVARY: 14x13mm, 10x10mm and 12x15mm.
Et: 6.3
What does it mean? How many follicles do i have and what is there size. What size should they be for me to ovulate.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports you have two developing follicles in right ovary and three developing follicles in left ovary.Size of follicles is mentioned in the report.
One of the follicle will become dominant and will take part in ovulation.
You should have follow up scan in alternate days till ovulation.
You should do unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation.
Endometrial thickness is normal.
