Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Poor quality of embryos can be due to many causes like:
1.Poor quality of ovum due to increased age of the female partner, any disease like diabetes, genetic abnormality, poor ovarian reserve, decreased AMH levels.
2.Poor or abnormal sperms as in genetic abnormalities, infections, hormonal dysbalances.
3. substandard laboratory conditions in which the in vitro fertilization or ICSi is being done.
So, the cause can be either of these, and hence a proper evaluation should be made before the next IVF cycle.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

thank you for your kind reply.

i have noted your suggestions, my partner is 34 years old and both of us have no diabetes or genetic abnormality as far as we know.

i will wait the result next week.

what test do we need to do to evaluate where the problem lies.
