What should be done to the wound that does not heal in diabetic patients ?

Hi , am here for ma father he is having a wound in his rt leg .he os having a history of CABG4yrs back n he a known diabetic patient (more than 20yrs n on insulin twice a day) and now he is having some kidney problems also .Now the problem is the wound is not healing and the doctors are telling they can not do any thing can u please suggest any suggestion Thanks

Thanks for query,
Your father might have diabetic foot,
It requires very careful handling.
Consult diabetologist and have strict diabetic control.
Go for proper antibiotic medicine,regular dressing under diabetologist supervision.
Consult nephrologist too.
