What Should Be Done For Pinching And Twitching Sensation In Neck ?

Age:24 Height:5 7 weight: 157 lbs Male Its my neck. Theres a Strong pinching and twitching sensation.. it happening quite often. I mean wow. I have a nerve thats pinched in my s.a. node, and i ve pulled 2 lumbar discs 4 and 5 on the right side of my back. Theres been days were I cant even eat due to upset nausiated stomach, i get lost and loose focus , and honestly its unbearable. Any suggestions to what should be done????

Hi,Thanks for query,
Your query is very confusing.
At this age pulling of lumbar disc is not common at this age except you had injury,
And even if it is there it has no relation with your present complain.
You should know that where s.a. node is.
I think you might have extra cervicla rib causing this problem.
Go for X ray cervical and rule out extra rib.
You might have gastric upset at the same time,causing nausea.
Take omiprazole tablet and anti emetic tab.
Take light diet,avoid fried and spicy food.
