Since you have head ache you can take a tablet of Tylenol(acetaminophen) and it should reduce. Aspirin is not contraindicated if you are not allergic to it or asthmatic. But it is better to avoid aspirin as it causes thinning of blood and prolongs the bleeding time of a person and can be dangerous in case you get injured. Hope that answers your question. Take care.
