What should I do to feel comfortable in my oesophagus

i am pharmacist, 30 years old sufering from reflux acid becuase my bad style eating and sleed directly as the doctor told me and now i taking nexium and demoperidon 3 week with rasing my bed but still feeling not good in my oesophagus only .more sensation when i get at morning ,i did endoscopy 2 days showing inflamed in oesophagus and dots of redness in stomach ,doctor told me that because acid take wrong direction?is that tru? and how can i feel good and comfortable in my oesophagus and when,if there is other choice of drugs pls tel me .sincerly ,

The first treatment for gerd is lifestyle changes specially food habits( maintain timings in food, have little quntities , avoid spicy stuff, take plenty of fluids ,avoid choclates,peppermint,caffeniated foods and drinks ,) other lifestyle changes like quiting smoking ,alcohol will definetly help ur condition along with lying in a propped up position usually this reflux at night times is more. medications which help u will be tab ranitidine150mg twice daily, ,an antacid is always the first treatment syp sucrafil-o 2tsf thrice i hr afterfood( specially in reflux bcoz mixes well with food and helps ) .hope ur problem solves with precautions along with the medications
