What Is Wrong If I Have Joint Pain, Swollen Hands, And Shortness Of Breath?

I a few days ago my finger joints started hurting and that night my hands swelled up. And I felt ion and needles in my finger tips. I went to the doctor and checked my blood pressure and said it was fine. I have a physical February 4 he said he feels blood work could wait til then. My hands aren t swollen anymore but I still have pins and needles in my fingers and last night my ears neck hands around my ribs felt hot. Like that burning sensation when you have carpal tunnel syndrome. And I was short of breath. Today I woke up fine. Just pins and needles still. And now I noticed that it feels like I have a knot on the bottom of each arm right above my outer wrist. Imam concerned. What do you think is wrong? I take medicine for an under active thyroid.

your symptoms looks like you are having carpel tunnel syndrome. Just check if pinning sensation is more in thumb and index finger. I would also like to check your vitamin b 12 level.
