What Is The Yellowish Oil Like Spot In My Toilet?

I have been stressed out for the past few days, last night I noticed some brown/yellowish oil like spots in the toilet. I did not have a bowl movement though, just let out some gas. I feel fine otherwise, could this be from working myself up with stress the past week?

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, this suggests underlying mal absorption syndrome where non digested or partially digested fat material gets excreted in stool. In our clinic, after clinical evaluation, I guide patient to get stool microscopy for best management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
