General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The orange or tea-colored urine can be a symptom of liver disease. It can also be caused by food such as carrots, carrot juice, winter squash, blackberries and beets. If you have nto consumed any of those foods you should check the liver enzymes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
