What Is The Usual Recovery Period For Ruptured Eardrum?

Hey! What´s the usually time of recovery after having your eardrum ruptured ? It´s been more than two weeks now and still I feel like a heartbeat in my ear and don´t feel comfortable when slightly running. And what would be the risk if I went to early to training?
