What Is The Treatment Of Typhoid ?

I've been treated for typhoid 6 months ago and when I checked just last month for my Widal levels, i was positive on 1:20 (O & H).

I went for a check last night and today, my results showed me a positive.(1:160 for 'O' and 1:320 for 'H'). I'm perfectly alright and have no physical signs of illness. Clearly i'm a carrier of the bacteria, but how long before it dies out..? Do I start treatment over again..?

Please advice!
