Hello,

As I see the history it looks like the ageing factor and also some infection in the body. Since he is having loose motions this is due to the heat in the body. Which is good to allow it to pass on. Of course, there will be a fluid loss but too much heat in the body may not be good for the physiology to function. As prostate cancer does not lead to multiple troubles unless and until the grades are higher. This can be helped with medication and if required surgery.

Also, you need to monitor the heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation levels. Giving external oxygen supply through the oxygen saturation machine will be of benefit to help further. Control of blood pressure and blood glucose levels is also advised. Make sure he doesn't develop any respiratory issues as that may make him weaker. Giving a good diet which is kind of Gracy will be easy for absorption and also giving electrolytes will be good to have some strength.

In bed, do some passive physiotherapy to help the muscular system to be active. As this plays a good role in bedridden patients. Also, see to that the catheter is removed after 2-3 weeks of time as this may not be good for the physiology to continue for a longer duration. Chances are heavy on the side of infection. Take the medication as prescribed by the doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
