What Is The Treatment Of Mass On Adrenal Gland ?
my dad has had extremely high blood pressure up to 237/136. they finally ran renin aldostrone levels and the results came back extremely low. He does have a mass on his adrenal glad that show growth from 1cm and now at 3 cm. The urologist is contacting him today.
He has already had am amgiogram and other blood work that came up negative. Thyroid test just came back fine.
Other symptoms sweating, tingling of face when blood pressure increases, fatigue, urination infrequencies, darkened urine.
Is this serious and do you believe surgery will be required to remove mass. He had his CT scan again yesterday.
