Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Mam,
There can be two reasons for your symptoms :
1)post operative infection
2)Allergy to the graft or any other material used.
The best line of management in this case would be to do a sterile aspiration of the fluid from the knee and send it for analysis. You will be able to differentiate between these conditions. You can discuss regarding this with the primary surgeon who should be able to help you. Meanwhile starting an empirical antibiotic, analgesic and ice packs will help. Hope this has helped you.
