Hi,

I suggest you to make him do warm salt water gargle twice or thrice daily. Then do Betadine gargle. Have lots of water and citrus fruits so that it heals. Also avoid having spicy food. Then give him vitamin B complex tablet for a week or so. Apply Dologel on ulcers 10 mins prior to having food. Follow these for a week and see.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
