What Is The Treatment For Stomach Pain And Blood In Stool?
2 days i had chicken meals and todaymorning 3am got stomach pain after that i went in to bathroom and little blakish motion came and after 12 hrs i went in to bathroom with pain and little bit motion came, after that lot of blood came, there will beany problem, please help me out?

It looks that you have got intestinal infection due to consumption of chicken that gave you the symptoms of pain in abdomen along with black stool initially indicating bleeding in the intestinal tract followed by massing bleeding that caused fresh bleeding as it did not have had time for chemical actions.
Hence I would advise you the following:
- Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and send the sample of stool and blood for tests.
- Get started with an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics.
- Use boiled and cooled water only and in more quantity to avoid dehydration.
- Homemade food only.
