What Is The Treatment For Slowly Rising Fasting Sugar Levels?

Doctor, I have diagnosed for diabetics for around a year. I am 5' 8" and weigh 76Kgs. From about 4 months i am taking Metformin SR 500 mg after dinner. The sugar was 120/180mg/dL before/after fasting. The sugar levels are 140-145 mg/dl on fasting and 282 mg/dl yesterday. I have been observing the fasting levels slowly rising. The doctor has prescribed gluformin g1. Please advise

Dear sir I understand your concern.after looking your height and weight your bmi is good.pls do daily exercise for 30 min.comming to your sugars as your fasting and after food sugars are raising taking gluformin g1 during before breakfast and glycomet 500 after dinner is a good option.kindly follow advise of diet also.with out diet and exercise there is no treatment for typ 2 diabetes.for any further clarification kindly get back to me.i also advise you to get Hba1c done .......regards
