Hi,

Noted the history of Polyp removal from colon in May, loss of weight, hair fall, tired, bled rectally, intense pain in left lower abdomen, cold sweats, no antibiotic seems to relieve high blood count. As per the history you have provided, all your symptoms look to be related to the colonic problem like, colitis, ulceration, stricture, cancer and so on.

I would advise you the following: Review colonoscopy. Contrast enhanced CT scan of the whole abdomen. Stool tests for three consecutive days. Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist along with the above reports will give you the most proper diagnosis, causes of the symptoms and why is WBC not coming back to normal. Get a proper treatment as per the above condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
