Hi

From the description that you have provided, I suspect that you have developed lesions of hidradenitis suppurativa.
This is a rare skin condition in which theare is recurrent development of pus filled lesions and cysts especially in the axilla.
This condition requires continuous and long term treatment.
I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist and get yourself assessed.
For the time being, maintain local hygiene.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Clean it with an antiseptic lotion twice a day.
Do not apply any oil over it.
