What Is The Treatment For Permanent Lip Swelling After Undergoing Orofacial Granulomatosis?

Hi I have orafacial granulomotosis which has resulted in a permanent lip swelling. Do you know of any doctors, treatments etc which specialise in this? I am at my wits end now. I have had surgery a year ago and the swelling came back now for the past 3 months I have been on azathioprine and it hasn t helped. Please get back to me.

Homeopath 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare magic,

I have gone through your query. As a Homeopath, i would recommend the system as i find there are medicines that can cure.

I wanted some more information regarding the complaint. Is it painful? Are there any lesion or redness in the affected area? Do you have any other complaints? Are you presently under any medication after the surgery? I would like to rule out any chance of a drug allergy/reaction.

In my opinion, i would prescribe a suitable dose of Apis 200, if the swelling was on the upper lip alone. Bell 200 and Natrum Mur can be given in case of lower lip swelling. In case of both upper an lower involved, with facial swelling along with it, Rhus tox 200 or 30 will be the right choice. You can take a second opinion from an expert homeopath near you for a proper prescription.
