Hi,

Sorry to hear about your pain. At the onset I would like to know if you have any fever or burning sensation while passing urine? Do you have any difficulty while passing urine? Also do you have any signs of any discharge from the groin region?

It looks more like you have obstruction in your urinary tract which has lead to a Urinary Tract Infection. I would like to see your other lab reports like Blood Counts, Urine Examination reports.

I find this answer helpful
