What is the treatment for osteo arthritis?

Hi doctor, i have osteo arthritis in my right hip, and have lost 20kg, i still need to lose about 6kg which has helped me to get mobilised alot more. i cannot afford the hip operation which is not worrying me, as the strange way my body has turned that i cannot walk up straight like normal, what can i do to improve on this. It's appreciable that you are trying hard to reduce body weight.This is must to control pain induced by arthritis.You may have glucosamine brand name Rejoint which helps in regaining the joint cartilage.
