What Is The Treatment For Numbness And Pinging Pain In Discolored Toes?

I think I have neurapathy, numbness, pinging pain in toes skin discolored in those areas,
had lost 125 lbs but gained some back... walk and exercise everyday....I just recently started on B1 and B12 within a capsule with R-Alpha Lipoic Acid....not sure of the spelling, product called,"Neuropathy Support Formula...some say i might have Gout..? lower back pain and sciatica in both legs....yea although I'm a mess encouraged to cure myself,,,is this a very slow process....seems like it. is there anything else i can do 'NATURALLY' thought about Chelation....also taking Braggs, Apple Cider Vinegar, am I on the right tract.....thanks for your time and advice....Blessings Cliff
