What Is The Treatment For Neck Pain?
HHi my name is prashant...four years back I was suffering from slip disc problem....when I do too much of household work my back pains a lot...now two months back I had a severe neck pain and even my hands pained a lot. I was told that it was sponilytis..now occasionally my neck also pains.how can I keep my back and neck strong for the next of my life

You should start physiotherapy that will help you a lot and affcourse you should use muscle relaxers and painkiller
