Hi,

Some amount of pelvic pain is common after delivery due to loosening of ligaments and pelvic joints during pregnancy. But usually these types of symptoms will subside after around 4 weeks of delivery. Now, according to your symptoms, the points to be considered are:
-If you had a vaginal delivery, especially instrumental delivery, the possibility of any injury to the tail bone to be ruled out.

-If you have undergone, episiotomy, any possible pelvic infection has to be ruled out.

-In case of cesarean section also, you may need to rule out pelvic infection.
Please consult your Gynecologist once, get examined and go for an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and X ray pelvis. With this work-up the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly. Meanwhile, you can use analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, sitz bath, etc. to relieve the pain to some extent.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
