What Is The Treatment For Micturition And Flank Pain?

i have burning micturation + both flank pain m also having increased frequency of micturation ..kindly give me the preceipation , i have taken 4 litters water since morning but no effect , i also feeling my toung and throat dry and coted and i feel thirst ..

I can understand your concern. All the symptoms you have described point to the presence of urinary tract infection. Drinking lots of fluids is surely beneficial, but it will not suffice for complete recovery.

I advise you to start on antibiotics course. You should take Levofloxacin 250 mg (Levoflox) twice a day for five days. You can take analgesics like Acetaminophen 500 mg available over the counter to feel relief from fever-like symptoms. Keep drinking lots of fluids and take rest.

If you do not find relief in 5 days, you should go for complete blood count and urine culture investigations.
