What Is The Treatment For Liver Cirrhosis?

Is there currently a treatment for reversing cirrhosis of the liver? How about chronic pancreatitis? I have recently taken Harvoni which reduced Hepatitiis C viral load significantly despite excrutiating side effects from the Harvoni. Can you answer me now since I have issues concerning viruses on my personal computer.
