hello,
there is no effective/safe treatment for facial hyper hidrosis. sprays are available mainly for hands and feet (not recommended for face). its best to leave it alone. some people have a tendency of oversweating due to increased sympathetic tone.
we cant change it.

Hi Dr Grief, I have a tricky question for you....I have hyperhidrosis of the feet and hands, I am 43 years old. I am treating myself with an Iontophoresis device that I have bought from he USA. I understand that you cannot use the Iontophoresis machine if you have an IUD , because of metal parts in the IUD I have Mirena implant. Does the MIrena contain any metal parts, do you know if it is safe to use the Iontophorsis with a Mirena Thanks
