What Is The Treatment For Hot Flashes And Sleeping Disorder?
I am trying to find out some remedies for my wife. She has hot flashes and seems to wake up about 1:00 AM and cannot go back to sleep. I have heard some natural remedies like Black Cocosh (spelling?) seems to help some women. She is very active and runs every day or so. Any advice?

hello dear, does she have these complaints only during or few days before her periods.what is her age. i generally prescribe anti anxiety drugs for it.natural remedy will not help ,these are only for prophylaxis.get me some more details like how she is very active.
