my brother is mentaly disable.his age is 48yrs.he is suffering from hiccups attacks for past 4 days.they are lasting more than 8 hrs and he is a patient of high blood pressure as well.his treatment is still continuing.he does not sleep properly.i need immediate consultancy.reply as soon as possible
