Suggest Remedy For Pain In Knee & Ribs

I fell on the concrete and have pain in my left knee and rib area. It hurts to breath deep, cough, laugh and hiccup. I haven t slept in two nights. I am 52 yrs old , have osteoarthritis, weigh approx. 240lbs, have had CHF,COPD,asthma, HTN, High cholesterol, Major Depressive Disorder
