Brief Answer:
Pain is due to spasm of involuntary muscles.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking query on this forum.
Chest pain of cardiac origin is highly unlikely at a age of 17.
A hiccup is an involuntary spasm of the diaphragm and respiratory organs, with a sudden closure of the glottis and a characteristic gulping sound. This action requires contraction and spasm, of a number of muscles.Thsi spasm causes excessive fatigue in muscles leading to pain which you are feeling in chest.
I would start you on Baclofen-You should start taking this drug on the following schedule
Days 1–3: Take 5 mg three times per day.
After that taper it for next three days and then stop it.
This is a prescription medicine. Your local doctor will know about it.

Once hiccups will stop excessive muscle spasm and fatigue would be gone and chest pain would go away.
Thanks.
