What Is The Treatment For Flu, Tiredness And Sleep Disturbance?

Hi, over the past three weeks i have had flu like symptoms including ching body, tiredness, loss of appetite, sleep disturbance, minor cough, blocked nose, sinusitis and a feeling of lightsness in the body. most of these have gone away but for the the aching body (which is better then before) and now i feel cold all over my body and have numbness in my feet. what could this be? my mum thinks that it is the flu virus working away but part of thniks that it could be something else or anxiety.

Given the fact that the symptoms seem to be improving then the most likely possibility would be that of consequences of influenza virus. Whether it is possible for anxiety to cause such symptoms, yes, it certainly is, but since there is a factor like flu which has been present and improving it would be less likely, only if symptoms persist for over a month would consider it. If symptoms persist I would conduct also some routine blood tests for infections and inflammation as well as for thyroid function.
