What Is The Treatment For Dipolpia?

i have 6th nerve palsy so my right eye was turned inwards and so the eye cannot turn outwards giving me dipolpia,
fist he injected botox in my eye to turn the eye to the middle 6 months later the eye turned inwards again, so he decided he would like to operate on me, what i understand he did was make the eye mucle shorter or somthing so my eye was in a central posistion and would remain the same, now he wants to do another operation on my other eye but i am not sure why ? he just said my single vision wil be even better what is he tryiong to acheive

bot ox is not the treatment for it. Ii is to be seen the vision of effected eye. Ambliopia in effected eye. Fixing capability of right eye or else you will have alternating squint. Operation may be just cosmetic. So refraction should be done. And orthooptic treatment may be required. After all invest i gation you may go for surgery. You have not given your age. Have second opinion before going for surgery.
