As per your query your daughter have symptoms of diarrhea which seems to be due to electrolyte imbalance in body leading to acute gastroenteritis and food poisoning. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to - Start with combination of fluoroquinolones and ornidazole. - Get intravenous fluid administration. - Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate yourself. - Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. - You should avoid taking dairy products in excess. - You can take banana on daily basis and light food.
