HALLO SIR, MY NAME IS SHABBIR AND I AM 37 YEARS OLD, HEIGHT-5'7'', WEIGHT-81KG AND WORKING IN COAL INDIA LIMITED AS P.A.. I AM SUFFERING FROM ACUTE CONSTIPATION AND GASTRIC PROBLEM SINCE LONG LONG BACK. SINCE LAST 2-YEARS I AM SUFFERING FROM EXCESS URIC ACID, DUE TO THIS I HAVE ANKLE JOINT PAIN.

dear constipation treated with hi fiber diet with regular exercise. eat green leafy vegetables avoid fatty diet and alcohol.use syrp duphalac 30 ml at night time.use tab.nexium before breakfast.yiu can use allopurinol for gout.still symptoms persistent please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
