What Is The Treatment For Cervical Spondylosis?

Hi I live in the UK. I have been suffering with cervical spondylosis with persistant symptoms for over 3 years. After an MRI they have said I have a lump on my c6/7 spine but the Neurologist seems to keep having me going around in circles. I feel there must be neck compression which is worsening as I don't have full use (numbness) to my left arm which recently has progressed down to my left left. I get migraines from back of head to front and feel unwell most days. What advice do you have? Can the lump be removed? Thankyou.
