What Is The Treatment For Blurred Vision, swelling Of The Eye?

At work a metal bar poked me in the eye. When it first happen I noticed a small cut on my eye lid, my eye almost instantly begun to swallowed, and my vision went hazy. I applied an ice pack to it. It continued to swallow, and looked like someone had bunched me in the eye, the next day, my vision remained blurry, I found it almost impossible to read or make out numbers. The injury happened 4 days ago, but my problems are still present and have even gotten worst. My eyes are sensitive to light, stinging and burning in the eye, sensation that there is something in my eye and hurt around my whole eyeball socket. What maybe causing these problems? What kind of injuries maybe present?
