What Is The Treatment For Blurred Vision And Headaches Caused Due To Flared Up Vertigo?

I was diagnosed with Vertigo 10 years ago, it comes and goes. I started a new position at work 3 weeks ago and sit in front of a computer all day for hours, well now my vertigo has flared up and my eyesight is blurred and I have had headaches for 2 weeks. should I see a doctor? or what can I take for this

It seems from the history that you are having vertigo, headache associated with blurring of vision.
All these symptoms indicate migraine headache. In migraine headache vertigo and blurred vision are the usual prodromal symptoms.
The treatment of the condition is by using anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs in the acute phase. The recurrent attacks can be prevented by using prophylactic drugs.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
