What Is The Treatment For A Varicocele?
My son had varicocele surgery when he was 14 - he is now 20. He tells me it has returned and he also has a bloated abdomen that tends to come and go. He is very very thin and is about 6'2". He has many medical conditions including: ablasion surgery for svt and two lung surgeries. He is very worried.

Varicocele doesn't cause a bloated abdomen.
A varicocele can be detected easily, on a scrotal doppler ultrasound scan.
Don't rely solely on your son's description alone.
