What Is The Treatment For Spontaneous Retroperitoneal Bleed?

I was recently hospitalized for 3 weeks after a heart cath resulted in a large retroperitoneal bleed. I still have discomfort in right upper and lower quadrant and area in between. During last 2 weeks I have had a small amount of vaginal discharge ranging from pinp to yellowish green to yellow. I was unable to see my DR. Was seen in er. Urine was clear. Iwas told it most likely is fibroids and to see aGynochologist. Earliest appt. is 3 weeks away.Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thank you
