hello sir im 23 yrs old girl and I have mullarian agnesis [uterus] .ie absence of uterus and vaginal strips by birth and could you please tell me the treatment for this problem. I want to know weither should I undergo any surgery to increase the length of my vagina before marriage.

you need vaginoplasty to increase the vaginal length which is needed to have sexual intercourse after marriage.

if you have ovaries you can have your own baby by surrogacy.

the vaginoplasty needs frequent dilatation after surgery to prevent stenosis.

it is better to do surgery 6 months before marriage.
