My boyfriend has been having a problem with his sinuses for a while now. He sais that sometimes when he puts visine in his eyes he can feel it drain down his throat. He also complains of water that gets in his ears draining down his throat. We went to the creek today and he has felt terrible since jumping off of a rock. He's complaining with his sinuses again, this time saying that it almost feels like he has water through his head and he can feel it draining. I'm getting a little freaked out now because he really can't seem to get out of bed. Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but he has a tiny hole in the corner of his right eye. His mother told him that one of his brothers has a tear duct on the outside of his eye, I don't know if that is what this is or not, but I know that he has complained in the past too about water getting in there and him feeling it in his sinuses. I don't know what all of this means, could he have a hole in his sinuses or something? Please help, thanks.
