What Is The Solution For Severe Weight Loss All Of A Sudden Considering CT Showed A Small Mass On The Iliac?

Hi Dr Grief, I need some guidance where to go for severe weight loss. in June 2014 I weighed approx. 170 height is 5 2. All of a sudden I lost weight but was not feeling sick which I am still not feeling sic. About 3 years ago I had a Nissen Fundopilcation due to sever reguritation and i had trouble swolling food after that for some reason I have had a colonoscopy which was normal a CT of the abd which showed a small mass on my iliac. All of my lab work has been essentially with the exception of labs for pancreas. i do eat good meals and snack during the day. i do get hungry and I am so worried I am not sure what to not know where to turn I am now at a weight of 110 thank you for your help

Thanks for writing to HCM.

You need to get a repeat ct scan to know about the progress of that mass, as it can be a malignant one, leading to your weight loss.
