What Is The Solution For Heartburns If Having Temporary Relief From Medication?

Heartburns. Been on medication over three years. Now don't have insurance and been buying over the counter some work great and some don't. Last two days I've had them straight, none of the medication works-all day and night. Kept me up and when I did go to sleep woke up at 2:30 a.m been up since then. I have never had it this bad before. I am fifty eight years old I know what I can't eat and I do avoid the foods. Now it is everthing. Help

I really appreciate your concern, heartburn means it is the hyperacidity you are having, it can be cured with the medicine but the chances of reoccurring is very likely and for that one has to change the life style once the symptoms overs.
PPI is the drug of choice for this Omeprazole 40 mg along with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time only, need to be continue for six week, try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy mea, coffee, prior to bed even stay from smoking and alcohol, stress.
